Security & network access
Information for users and company IT teams.
LedgerDesks is an authenticated business accounting application for quotes, invoices, inventory, and financial records.
Encrypted connections
Use https://ledgerdesks.com or https://www.ledgerdesks.com. The public deployment uses HTTPS with certificates managed by the web server. HTTP requests redirect to HTTPS.
If a browser reports a certificate problem, share the exact hostname and warning with your IT team or LedgerDesks administrator.
Account and company access
Business records require sign-in and the relevant company permissions. Administrators assign company membership and roles. LedgerDesks supports authenticator-based two-factor authentication, revocable browser sessions, and checks on browser requests that change records.
Sign out on shared devices. Keep invitations and password reset links private.
Workplace firewall reviews
Web filters can block a valid HTTPS site because it is uncategorized, has limited reputation history, or matches a company's policy. IT teams should review both LedgerDesks domain addresses and the blocked request's category or reputation reason.
The appropriate product description is business accounting software. Certificate validity and firewall categorization are separate checks; a vendor review or a company-approved domain exception may be needed.
Report an issue
Contact your company's LedgerDesks administrator for account support and security reports.
Include the hostname, time, and exact error or steps to reproduce. Share only the information needed to investigate; avoid including passwords, login tokens, or customer accounting records.
